How To Join

Candidates may be submitted for membership according to the By-laws Article IV Members Section 2 A and B Election to Membership (revised November 2002) which states:

• A woman shall be eligible for membership who is at least twenty-two (22) at the time her name is proposed, and is a current resident of St. Clair County, Illinois. Time of proposal shall be August 20.
  
  
• Any member who has been Active member in the Club for at least one (1) year may propose only one (1) woman for membership per year. The proposing member should know the candidate personally.
